Enhance your skills and learn the complete,
whole-body treatment for your clients.
This 4-day in-person class builds upon the foundations learned in 'Abdominal Therapy for Professionals: Part 1'.
You'll learn the posterior sequence, giving your clients a greater opportunity to gain and maintain lasting healing.
Working with the lower back, hips, and sacrum balances the pelvis and those organs contained within. With the combination of Part 1 and Part 2, you will be able tooffer a complete Abdominal Therapy treatment.
Prerequisite for attendance: Abdominal Therapy forProfessionals: Part 1 (or equivalent).
You will:

Review and refine your skills learned in Abdominal Therapy For Professionals: Part 1

Discuss how you’ve been integrating the treatment into your practice

Delve deeper into the structural architecture of the pelvis

Learn how to perform an Abdominal Therapy treatment on your client’s posterior body

Explore specific common pelvic and abdominal conditions in more detail
Open to all professional therapists who hold a qualification in anatomy and physiology and are able to perform massage on clients within the legal requirements of their state or country.
You will gain 28 CE hours with NCBTMB.
About Your Instructor: Beth Ann Townsend
Beth Ann Townsend is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Founding Sun Member and Educator for The Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc. She has apprenticed and trained extensively with Dr. Rosita Arvigo for 12 years.
Courses of study include: Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Energy Therapies. Supporting women and their families with Abdominal Therapy.
