As different as we look on the outside...
Our Internal Anatomy is Just as Unique!
Learn how your uterus works and what you can do to keep this sacred area of your body balanced. We will work with your diaphragm and you will understand why all popular wisdom encourages you ‘to take a deep breath’. You will leave wondering why you were never taught this at school.
This workshop is for anyone who would like to live in their body with ease, for those who wish to look after themselves and a taster for those who have a professional interest. If you have a womb, had a womb or have been in a womb you will come away with ultimate respect for this fabulous part of the body.
What you will learn:
The Story of Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN and her work
The traditional Healers who taught this work
Simple anatomy and physiology of the belly and uterus
How to work with your menstrual cycle
How your uterus relates to its pelvic neighbors
‘Your Abdominal Massage’ A simple self-care treatment
Causes, signs and symptoms of sub-optimal uterine health and common conditions
This class will help you connect the dots of your own health story through education, exploration and learning your own abdominal massage (YAM).
