This workshop is for anyone who would like to live in their body with ease, for those who wish to look after themselves and a taster for those who have a professional interest. If you have a womb, had a womb or have been in a womb you will come away with ultimate respect for this fabulous part of the body.

This class will help you connect the dots of your own health story through education, exploration and learning your own abdominal massage (YAM).
Join Beth Ann Townsend, an Educator for the Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc. (ATC), as she presents Your Abdominal and Uterine Health. Beth has her MMT and HHP from Blue Heron Academy. She has trained extensively with Rosita Arvigo, DN, for 12 years as a practitioner and educator for community and professionals who want to focus on Abdominal Therapy in their practice.
